Passed away peacefully in Woodhorn Park Care Home, Ashington on the 12th March aged 90 years.

Cremation to be held at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Thursday 3rd April at 3.00pm.

No flowers please, donations in lieu may be given at the service for the benefit of SSAFA, the armed forces charity, enquiries co William Purves Funeral Directors, tel 01670 812117.

I'm very sad to hear about Gordon. I have many happy memories from childhood visiting Gordon and Mary with my Mam and Dad, from building model aeroplanes and flying them up at Millfield. Sending my love to Lorraine (I've E-Mailed William Purves to pass on my message to you.) Linda xx
